• Judgements against tax parcels are filed with the Potter County Clerk of Courts office, located in Coudersport, PA. See resource tab for link to website. 
• To obtain statements of accounts and supporting documents, please contact our office. 
• To satisfy judgements, please contact our office. 
• Judgements on tax parcels transfer with the sale of property to the new owner, unless judgements are satisfied during closing. If there is an outstanding balance on the account after the final sale, the outstanding balance would then be the new owner’s obligation and responsibility.
